All machines we produce are made-to-order and manufactured strictly based on the customer's confirmed specifications, including model, capacity, configuration, and technical requirements.
Once the down payment (DP) is received, we will begin preparation and production according to the agreed order details. Before production starts, our team will reconfirm all specifications with the customer to ensure accuracy and mutual agreement.
Cancellation
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or returned, as the machines are custom-built according to customer requirements.
The down payment is non-refundable once the production process has commenced.
Pre-Production
Pre-Production Confirmation
Before starting production, we will confirm the following details with the customer. Production will only begin after all details have been reviewed and approved by the customer.
- Machine model and type.
- Technical specifications and customization.
- Voltage and electrical standards.
- Capacity.
- Quantity.
- Shipping address.
- Packaging size.
Return & Refund
Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are not accepted because the machines are professionally manufactured according to customer orders and specifications.
The product cannot be resold or reused for other orders. Customers are advised to carefully review and confirm all order details before production begins.
